Class Arrival Policy
For safety reasons, doors are locked 5 minutes after class begins. Students who arrive more than 5 minutes after the posted class start time will not be permitted to enter the studio, regardless of circumstances. If you arrive within the 5 minute grace period, please enter the studio quietly out of respect for other practitioners.
- Please note we require a credit or debit card on file in order to schedule any massage, reiki or private yoga appointments.
- As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is our policy for all clients to give us at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Any appointment canceled or changed less than 24 hrs in advance will result in a $35 fee. No-shows or Appointments canceled or changed less than 4 hr before the scheduled time will be charged full session price.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled reiki, yoga or massage appointment. If you arrive late for your appointments, we may not be able to extend treatment sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time and you will be charged for the entire session.
Workshop, Series & Special Event Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be issued if you notify us of the cancellation at least 3 days prior to the event. A studio credit will be issued to your account if you cancel within 24 hours of the event. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the event will result in no refund. If Pure Bliss cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.

Introductory offers must be purchased at or before your first visit. They are valid for 2 weeks from purchase and cannot be paused or extended for any reason.
Yoga memberships and class packages cannot be shared or transferred.
Monthly members receive 10% off regular priced items only. Discounts do not apply to sale or already discounted items.
All class passes and packages are valid for 1 year. No extensions will be granted for any reason.
All memberships will auto renew unless the client sends an email to cancel. It is the client's responsibility to stop the automatic payment before the date that their monthly membership renews.
Monthly memberships may not be used by, or transferred to, another person.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice prior to the monthly billing date.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email or this form. If a cancellation request is received via email or form after a client's credit card has been charged, there will be no refund provided. No Exceptions.
Membership Renewal Policy
Card changes must be made prior to the next billing date. Declined payments will be attempted 3 times, after that the member will be charged a $35 fee.
