ARM BALANCE 101 February 4, 2017 This workshop will focus on basic arm balance poses: Plank/side plank, crow/side crow & mountain climber. After a warm-up sequence we will start exploring the arm balance. We will lift-up, go sideways, invert, balance laterally, and use a wall when needed. Be ready to be challenged but not intimidated. Every student can do this on their own level. This will be an opportunity to try new things in a non competitive atmosphere & refine the balances you’ve already mastered. There will also be plenty of time to ask questions and go play in poses. Students of all levels are welcome as everyone can approach this at their own pace and comfort level. Due to the nature of this workshop we are limiting the number of attendees in order to ensure safety and attentive instruction for all students. The investment for this workshop is $45.
