200 HR YOGA STUDIES AND YTT PROGRAM

Pure Bliss is excited to offer a yoga study & teacher training experience unlike any other.  The curriculum is aligned with and exceeds the requirements set by Yoga Alliance.  Our program of study has been designed by those with a strong background in yoga, anatomy, philosophy, and education.

Students of Pure Bliss Yoga’s Training will be mindfully led through an interactive process that will give them the tools needed to lead and design a well sequenced and safe yoga class. But perhaps more importantly, these next few months will be a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

What to Expect

Connection, community, and loving-kindness are the roots of our program. The training will meet participants where they are and initiate the creation of great yoga teachers and community members.

Training curriculum includes:

  • In-depth information about techniques & proper alignment, modifications, prop use and variations for each pose covered in training
  • An overview of a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa
  • Skills to adapt/modify the sequence to fit the needs of all yogis
  • How to effectively cue breath, alignment, and transitions between poses
  • In-depth information on multiple styles of Mediation and Breath (pranayama)
  • Lifestyle and ethics as it relates to yoga • Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga
  • The history of yoga and its journey from the east
  • Yogic philosophy including the 8 limbs, Ayurveda, the chakra system and more!
  • Hands-on assists
  • Business aspects of being a yoga teacher
  • Opportunity to apply & audition for Pure Bliss apprenticeship program at no additional cost following the successful completion of the training

Time Commitment:

Our training will take place over the course of 9 weekends, meeting once per month for 9 months. Trainings will meet on Fridays from 6:30-9:30 pm, Saturdays from 9am-5pm and Sundays from 11am to 5pm each weekend. Students will be expected to maintain a regular daily yoga practice during the course of training. This practice can be done at Pure Bliss or via Ashli’s YTT practice video at home(this will be made available to you upon request)

  • Week 9 5/3-5/5 GRADUATION

Investment:

  • $300(non-refundable) deposit due when the application is submitted. This goes towards the total tuition cost.
  • $1999 EARLY BIRD RATE if paid in Full by August 10, 2018
  • $2300 tuition due by September 21, 2018
  • Payment Plan: $300 Deposit plus 8 monthly auto-draft payments of $275

  • Option to drop in on any future trainings with Ashli at Pure Bliss for a refresher
  • Option to attend any classes taught by Ashli at Pure Bliss free of charge throughout the duration of your training
  • Eligible for 30% off a class pass or yoga membership at Pure Bliss throughout the duration of your training.
