Ashli Renee WINTER
Ashli is an E-RYT200 (aka experienced 200 hr yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance), Reiki Master and the owner of Pure Bliss in Lake Wylie, SC. She began her yoga journey over 16 years ago when it was offered at her high school as an alternative to traditional PE classes. She quickly fell in love with the practice for its physical, mental and emotional health benefits. Before ever receiving her official certification, Ashli volunteered to teach yoga to a group of special needs students at her high school. She knew that that becoming a yoga teacher was in her future but as it often does, life got in the way. Finally in 2012 Ashli took a leap of faith and followed through with her dream, gaining her RYT-200 certification in Charlotte, NC. After gaining her certification Ashli offered yoga as an amenity in various locations in Charlotte, local fitness facilities, & Legacy Rehab Center, as well as private instruction. In 2015 she saw a community in need for a dedicated yoga space and decided to open Pure Bliss, Lake Wylie's premier yoga and wellness facility. Looking to grow her knowledge and increase offerings at the studio Ashli received her E-RYT200, YA Continuing Ed Provider designation and her Reiki Master Certification in January 2018. Ashli will embark on a new journey beginning Sept. 2018, leading a small group of Yoga Teacher Trainees through her own 200 hr certification. Her goal is to mindfully guided trainees through an interactive process that will give them the tools needed to lead and design intelligently sequenced and safe yoga classes for groups and/or their own personal home practice. Ashli has created a curriculum that not only is aligned with but exceeds the requirements set by Yoga Alliance. Perhaps most importantly, she is looking forward to leading trainees through these next few months of self-discovery, personal growth and transformation.

Hannah's love of yoga first began in college during a graded yoga course, though she was introduced to it at a young age by a teacher in Montessori school. Her practice originally consisted of mostly power flows at the YMCA and local yoga studios, supplementing her love of running. Fast forward a couple of years, she decided that she wanted to deepen her practice and knowledge of yoga, and to share the benefits with as many people that she could. She did a lot of research and found the best fit for her would be the Asheville Yoga Center, standing out as one of the most recognized training studios in the country. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in April of 2016. She has now found that Power, Yin and Restorative styles of yoga are among her favorites to teach. She is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina and currently resides here in Lake Wylie, South Carolina with her husband JT and golden retriever, Micah.
