Ashli Renee WINTER

Ashli is an E-RYT200 (aka experienced 200 hr yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance), Reiki Master and the owner of Pure Bliss in Lake Wylie, SC. She began her yoga journey over 16 years ago when it was offered at her high school as an alternative to traditional PE classes. She quickly fell in love with the practice for its physical, mental and emotional health benefits. In 2012 Ashli took a leap of faith and followed through with her dream, gaining her RYT-200 certification in Charlotte, NC. After completing her certification, Ashli offered yoga as an amenity in various locations in Charlotte, local fitness facilities, & Legacy Rehab Center, as well as private instruction. In 2015 she saw a community in need for a dedicated yoga space and decided to open Pure Bliss, Lake Wylie's first yoga and wellness facility. Looking to grow her knowledge and increase offerings at the studio, Ashli received her E-RYT200, YA Continuing Ed Provider designation and her Reiki Master Certification in January 2018. As of November 2019, Ashli is leading her second group of Yoga Teacher Trainees through their 200 hr certification.

Brenda Crain

Brenda Crain is a Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT 200. She is trained in Hatha Yoga and enjoys teaching Hatha, simple meditation, Yin yoga, mudras, and chakras. Brenda describes her 7 years of teaching as some of the most joyful, rewarding parts of her life. She moved to North Carolina from Ohio in 2016 to be closer to family, and followed her heart to Pure Bliss Yoga. Brenda teaches a mindful, foundation based class, while creating a safe space for students to explore physical practice and open to self-discovery. You'll be guided through a lighthearted, gentle, all levels class, which allows for every part of your being to transform, release, and relax. Brenda encourages listening to your body, remaining present, and following your breath, which opens one to a deeper more meaningful practice.

Sydney stephens

Sydney began practicing yoga at home using a variety of YouTube channels as a guide. She went to a yoga class with her mom one day and was drawn to the community and inclusion at the studio. A few years later, Sydney completed her 200 hour certification with Jaimis Huff. She loves reading about yoga philosophy and Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga). She will be a lifelong student of yoga and believes that yoga is for everyone, no matter their age, experience or body type.

Laura Rath

Laura completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Pure Bliss under Ashli Winter and began teaching in May 2019. Yoga Teacher Training along with a consistent yoga practice helped her cultivate strength, confidence, and peace.  She hopes to inspire her students and show that all bodies can practice yoga. Laura believes Yoga is healing and everyone deserves to heal.

camden Eagloski

Camden graduated from her YTT in May 2019.  Just out of high school, she is starting her teaching journey at a young age.  After having to quit years of ballet training due to injury, she began to look for a workout that was similar to ballet.  She was automatically drawn to yoga.  The way you can still challenge your body in yoga in a very healthy and kinder way of movement is exactly what she was looking for.  With a love for learning and inversions, she can’t wait to share the rest of her journey with others.

Lisa Piper

Yoga has helped Lisa grow stronger both on & off her mat. After a medical diagnosis she was afraid she lost the ability to perform any activity.

Now as a yoga instructor she has the ability to give back to others & make a difference in people’s lives. She lives life with hope & humor.
