Set your Intention for the New Year!

I’ll be honest, I’m not a big fan of setting “New Year’s Resolutions” . Instead of over-promising what you’ll accomplish in the New Year, take a moment to clear your mind and focus on setting a new goal or intention for a happier, healthier 2017. New intentions allow for the setting of attainable and measurable goals for the mind and body.
